  • Electoral Registration

    In NSW, the Electoral Commissioner can enrol anyone who is eligible to be enrolled, without an application, if the Electoral Commissioner is satisfied that the person is eligible to be enrolled for State and Local Government elections. The NSWEC receives information from a number of State and Commonwealth government agencies that help identify potential eligible citizens to be enrolled.
